Associate Attorney - Direct Hire

Practice Area: Debt Recovery

Location: Lakewood, CO (On-Site)

Compensation: $90,000-$130,000 base salary + bonus

Responsibilities

Represent clients in debt recovery and collection litigation.

Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

Negotiate settlements and manage case strategy.

Ensure compliance with state and federal debt collection laws.

Maintain accurate case files and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Active admission to the Colorado Bar in good standing.

Minimum 1 year of experience in debt recovery or related litigation.

Strong written and oral advocacy skills.

Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively.
